Gift cards can be sent and received on the same day – 365 days a year – and will be emailed directly to your recipient’s email address. Bad Meeple gift cards are valid for 12 months.
What are e-gift cards?
E-gift cards are electronic gift cards that work just like standard (plastic) gift cards but they are sent to you by email. They can be used for shopping online at www.badmeeple.com.

How can I check my gift card balance?
Email badmeeple.com and we will let you know the balance of your gift card
Is there an expiry period for my gift card?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase.
What value can an e-gift cards be purchased for?
They can be purchased with a value between £5 and £200.
Can I cancel my gift card order?
Please make sure you check all details when placing your order, since we are unable to issue a refund.
Can multiple gift cards be redeemed at once?
You cannot redeem multiple gift cards within the same order. Only one gift card can be used in combination with the remaining balance via your normal online payment method.
What happens if my gift card is lost or stolen?
Your gift card is valuable. Please keep your e-gift card number secure. Bad Meeple cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use where the unique code has become known to another party, and any balance lost on a Bad Meeple gift card as a result of theft or fraud.
If you misplace your Bad Meeple gift card code, we will be able to re-send the code to the email address it was originally sent to, email firstname.lastname@example.org. All Bad Meeple gift cards have a unique code on them which is required for any online purchase.
What happens if I enter the wrong e-mail address when purchasing an gift card?
Please be extra careful when typing in the recipient’s email address as Bad Meeple will accept no responsibility for errors.
